Our Story
NetworkCoin AI was officially incorporated on 19 March 2025, following more than seven years of research, design, and real-world experience led by founder Hamilton Cheong.
Hamilton’s background in blockchain forensics and digital asset investigations exposed deep structural weaknesses in global infrastructure from centralized telecommunications networks and opaque financial systems to blockchain platforms that remained inaccessible to mainstream developers and enterprises. These insights were developed through hands-on exposure to real-world cases, not academic theory.
Over several years of exploration, architectural design, and early prototyping, a clear thesis emerged: connectivity, identity, finance, and intelligence cannot scale meaningfully as isolated technologies they require unified infrastructure.
NetworkCoin AI was established to operationalize this thesis. Upon incorporation, Hamilton assembled a multidisciplinary team of blockchain engineers, telecommunications specialists, and AI researchers to build a vertically integrated platform spanning decentralized infrastructure, developer tooling, and connectivity services.
